I pledge to launch the Ward 2 Youth Opportunity Pipeline within my first eighteen months in office, and to bring a seniors' connection strategy to Council before the midpoint of this term.

Where Ajax can act: By-law enforcement, public-space standards, lighting and local coordination.
Where Ajax must advocate: Homelessness services, supportive housing and Regional service delivery.

Why it works: Takes homelessness to the government that funds the solution, while keeping public spaces clean and safe.
The concern: Standards or compassion. Both: public spaces kept to standard, and people connected to services.
